AiOO Fleet Agent

From a first OpenClaw install on my laptop to a production fleet assistant that a company’s support teams use every day, in eleven weeks.

  • 500+edge devices diagnosed dailyProduction
  • 3isolated Slack agents, L1 / L2 / L3Production
  • 0device-changing actionsProduction

AiOO measures audiences in front of advertising screens. Each venue runs Jetson-class edge boxes with cameras, a tracking model, a health check and a queue sink. Any of them can fail alone, and only the log tells them apart. A quiet device is inventory delivered and never measured.

An earlier version asked the model to summarise each device’s log. It wrote fluent paragraphs that were wrong about a third of the time, and wrong in the worst way: confidently. So the design flipped. Rules decide the verdict. The model only writes the sentence.

Isolation is physical, not prompted. Each tier has its own channel, agent, workspace and data tree, so an L1 agent cannot read an L3 row because that row is not in its filesystem. Claiming a higher role in a message changes nothing.

What it refuses to doChanging a device. Phase 1 is read and report only: it never restarts, reconfigures or controls anything, and it never handles camera images.

How it runs

  1. PreflightRefuses to start unless credentials, endpoints and config are sane. A half-run is worse than none.
  2. RosterPulls the fleet. A partial roster fails the run instead of passing off part of it as all of it.
  3. LogsFetches each device’s lines, concurrent and rate-limited.
  4. ClassifyOne verdict per device: healthy, degraded, down or no data, with the log line it was read from and the fix.
  5. ClusterCollapses identical faults into one incident, so one broker event is not reported as hundreds of problems.
  6. ReportOne PDF per tier, plus the web console.
  7. PublishA pre-rendered data tree per role.
  8. ArchiveIncidents close only when a later sweep proves them clean, never because time passed.

Honest caveatScreens show the demo build: a generated fleet at invented venues. The console, the pipeline and every rule on screen are real. No client data appears on this site.
